Due to our business expanding rapidly we are now seeking a Technical Support to join our dynamic and talented team working out of our Adelaide office.
We seek natural problem solvers who enjoy helping customers and guiding them in finding solutions. We expect you to have great communication skills and understand the value of delivering a top-level service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Being the first point of contact for incoming help desk requests and support calls, and provide necessary application support to all customers
Fulfil requests from Project Managers and Senior Engineers such as user creation, modification or removal
Assist in the deployment of new applications for new customers
Conduct research on hardware and software products to provide recommendations and to support purchasing efforts
Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and promote strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records
Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems
Travel to remote sites and outports as required to provide support
Documentation and updating user manuals and troubleshooting guides
Provide constructive feedback to the engineering team for product improvements
Desired Skills & Experience
Computer Degree or similar with strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
Excellent troubleshooting abilities and analytical skills.
Experience with Zen Desk, JIRA and Confluence is desired
Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
A genuine passion for customer service and the confidence to remain positive and calm under pressure
Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
